PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 , WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS UNLESS REDEEMED FAULTY WITH PROVEN DOCUMENTATIONS INCLUDING PICTURES OF THE GARMENT/S, AND/OR THE AREA OF DAMAGED.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
RhythmInRoots has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't in their original condition received, without the tag attached or smelling of body odor/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer and will not be redeemed faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@rhythminroots.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by RhythminRoots. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
COST OF FAULTY RETURNS
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return.
TURN AROUND TIME
We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible however, please allow 4-5 business days for your faulty return to be processed.
