RETURN

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to be processed. Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. 

   

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor. 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.  RhythmInRoots has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odor/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@rhythminroots.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by RhythminRoots. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

 

COST OF RETURNS

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. 

 

TURN AROUND TIME 

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible however, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed before 10 am EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders made after this time or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have small delays.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. RhythmInRoots can not be held responsible or accountable for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.

CUSTOMS, IMPORTS, INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. The charges will be responsible to be paid for by the customer and if refused, a small fee will be incurred. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. RhythmInRoots will not be responsible for delays due to customs.

Canada - 4-5 business days
Specific European countries (Australia, Denmark, and Norway) 7-10 business days
